The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the revised date for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024. The Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam for MBA and MCA courses will now be administered on August 4. Candidates who applied for these courses can download the admit cards on or after July 27 from the official portal — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
The official notification reads, “PGCET-2024 will be conducted on 04-08-2024 for MBA and MCA courses as per the following revised timetable. Candidates, who have registered, submitted the application and paid the fees for PGCET-2024, have to download the Admission Tickets from the KEA Website on or after 27-07-2024 and appear for the exam.”
How to download the Karnataka PGCET 2024 admit card for MBA, MCA courses?
Step 1: Head to the official website — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the Karnataka PGCET 2024 Admit card link and click on it.
Step 3: Enter your login details, that is, Application number, Date of Birth and Password.
Step 4: Your Karnataka PGCET 2024 admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 5: Check all the information carefully.
Step 6: Download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.

Karnataka PGCET 2024 Admit card: Exam pattern
The Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam for MCA and MBA will comprise questions related to computer awareness, analytical ability and logical reasoning, quantitative analysis, English language and general knowledge. The exam will consist of a total of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. No marks will be deducted for any wrong attempts.
The authority will announce the revised dates for the ME and MTech courses soon. Individuals who have passed the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2024) will be eligible to apply for direct admission to MTech courses. The exam was postponed to prevent a clash with certain universities’ final semester exams, which were scheduled between July 5 and 10.
