CSIR UGC NET 2024: Candidates can now download their entrance exam admit cards by logging into the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit card for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (CSIR UGC NET) 2024. Candidates can now download their entrance exam admit cards by logging into the official website, csirnet.nta.nic.in.

The official notice reads, “A practice test link has been arranged so that registered candidates can become familiar with the exam interface ahead of time. This test should not be regarded as a sample test. The exam schedule and information displayed on the mock test interface are samples only, and they might change on test day.”

CSIR UGC NET 2024: How To Download Admit Card?

Step 1: Go to the official website,csirnet.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Search for the link “CSIR UGC NET Admit Card 2024” from the homepage.

Step 3: Upon selecting the link, a login window will appear.

Step 4: Enter your date of birth, registration number and security code.

Step 4: You will get your admissions card.

Step 6: Examine the details and download the admit card for later use.

Candidates should note that the admit card will only be downloadable from the official website, and no printed copies will be provided. The admit card will include important details such as the exam roll number, candidate name, exam date, time, assigned test centre address, and instructions for the day of the exam. Candidates are required to check all the details carefully for any mistakes. If candidates experience any problems while downloading the admit card or find any discrepancies in the admit card, they can contact the NTA helpdesk at 011-40759000 or send an email to [email protected].

The Joint CSIR UGC NET 2024 exam will take place in computer-based test (CBT) mode on July 25, 26, and 27 to ascertain candidate’s eligibility for admission to PhD programmes in universities and colleges throughout India for the 2024–2025 academic year, as well as for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and Assistant Professors posts.

The exam consists of five papers — the earth, atmospheric, ocean, and planetary sciences, and physics exams will be held on July 2 from 9 am to noon, mathematical sciences will be on the same day from 3 pm to 6 pm, life science on July 26 from 9 am to noon and 3 pm to 6 pm while chemical sciences on July 27 from 9 am to noon.
