Investment-related frauds can take various forms, including Ponzi schemes, insider trading, stock market manipulation, and fraudulent investment schemes promising unrealistic returns.

Preventing investment-related fraud requires a combination of regulatory oversight, investor education, and due diligence by both investors and companies. By staying informed and exercising caution, investors can reduce their risk of falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
