Being a celebrity certainly has its perks but also comes with its share of shortcomings. Movie stars often face the risk of getting mobbed in public places. While interacting with fans is certainly not wrong, fans may get unruly sometimes. And that is why most film stars employ bodyguards nowadays who accompany them to every public event. Videos and stills of stars with their bodyguards are often seen and go viral. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Deepika Padukone have often been snapped along with their bodyguards. Currently, Katrina Kaif’s bodyguard is in the news because of his dashing good looks.
Recently, snaps of Katrina along with her bodyguard went viral. His handsome looks immediately attracted the attention of people and many were convinced he could easily be a Bollywood actor. The internet has officially dubbed him “the most handsome bodyguard”.
Katrina Kaif’s bodyguard’s name is Deepak Singh. He was also with the actress when she was spotted at the Mumbai airport recently. Deepak has previously worked as a bodyguard for several celebrities including Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Jacqueline Fernandez and Deepika Padukone. In addition to his attractive appearance, Deepak is known for his exquisite fashion sense. Many people might not be aware of the fact that Deepak Singh travelled to Mumbai to pursue a cricket career. Chandrakant Pandit oversaw Katrina’s bodyguard’s cricket training but he was only able to play college cricket and didn’t have much success in the professional game. He eventually found employment with a security organisation after suffering numerous setbacks in his cricketing career.
Actor Ronit Roy, who is also Deepak Singh’s brother-in-law, first noticed him when he initially entered the field of celebrity security. According to reports, he began his career working as a doorman on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Black. He then received the assignment to protect Rani Mukerji at an awards ceremony in Mauritius, which was a turning moment in his career as a security agent.
