The footage begins with the man unwrapping a pack of papad and soaking some pieces in water. He then spreads butter evenly over a piece of papad ensuring it is fully covered. Next, he grates cheese over the papad and sprinkles seasonings like oregano and chill flakes. After that, papad is rolled up and sliced into smaller portions. These pieces are then gently fried to perfection.

Now for the mega twist of the dish, he cuts open a packet of peri-peri masala and adds it to the bowl of fried papad rolls. After a thorough mix, the papad rolls dripping with tasty peri-peri goodness are ready to be enjoyed. For the final touch, these papad rolls can be served with a side of creamy mayonnaise dip.
