In a surprising promotional campaign named, ‘Sextember’, Bold Care co-founder Rahul Krishnan publicly shared his debit card details on X. Initially, he didn’t explain the full details, but later it was clarified that people can use the card for online purchases up to Rs 1,000. For several hours, Krishnan maintained the buzz by posting multiple One-Time Passwords (OTPs) as users made small purchases from Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit and Amazon. However, the situation became chaotic when people began requesting OTPs through email, leading Krishnan to share screenshots of the requests.
The co-founder wrote, “This is getting out of hand now.” The email read, “Sir, please approve payment from your card,” while the body featured a formal message, where the user asked, “Sir please approve payment from your card.”

Another person didn’t write any message and asked for the OTP in the subject line. The individual wrote, “Sir OTP pls.”

After sharing several OTPs, Rahul Krishnan was forced to end the exercise. He explained that his card was blocked possibly due to the high volume of transactions in a single day.

The tweet has garnered over two lakh views. Krishnan co-founded Bold Care in 2020 alongside Rajat Jadhav, Harsh Singh and Mohit Yadav. Later, Ranveer Singh partnered with the brand as a co-owner. Earlier this year, the brand gained attention with a unique ad featuring the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani star and adult film star Johnny Sins.
