New Delhi: After announcing it at the recently concluded Mobile World Congress 2016, Samsung is bringing its newest set of Galaxy S7 phones to India on March 8.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge smartphones come with an always-on display and, as the company claims, also bring the first Dual Pixel camera on a smartphone.

The Galaxy S7 features a 5.1-inch display while the S7 Edge comes with a 5.5-inch display and both have been constructed with 3D glass and metal.

The Galaxy S7 has brought back what was missing in the Galaxy S6 Edge - a microSD card slot. The hybrid SIM card tray allows users to insert a microSD card for up to 200GB of additional storage and in some select countries, the tray can be used with a dual SIM card.

The new Galaxy phones come in four different colours - Black Onyx, Gold Platinum, White Pearl and Silver Titanium. The price and availability details of the new smartphones will be announced at the event.
