In just three days from now, we will get to know who will win Bigg Boss 17. The grand finale of Salman Khan’s show is scheduled for Sunday, January 28 and five contestants who are competing for the trophy are – Ankita Lokhande, Mannara Chopra, Munawar Faruqui, Arun Mahshetty and Abhishek Kumar. While everyone is wondering who might win the 17th season of the controversial reality show, let’s take a look at who enjoys the massive fan following on the social media platform, Instagram.
Amongst the finalists, Munawar Faruqui enjoys the maximum following on Instagram with 10.8 million followers. His broadcast channel on the same social media platform, named ‘Munawar Ki Janta’ also has 705,000 members.
Munawar is followed by Ankita Lokhande. Actress, who became a household name with Pavitra Rishta, has 4.7 million followers on Instagram. Her channel ‘AnkuHolics’ has 19.9K members.
Former Udaariyaan actor Abhishek Kumar is the third Bigg Boss 17 finalist with the maximum number of followers on Instagram. He enjoys a following of 3.2 million on Instagram whereas 186,000 people are a part of his broadcast channel, ‘Abhishekfam’.
On the other hand, Mannara Chopra has 2.7 million followers on Instagram. Arun Srikanth Mashetty, who is a digital creator, enjoys a fan following of one million on Instagram.
However, it should also be noted that social media following does not guarantee a Bigg Boss trophy. The audience is the ultimate judge and it will be interesting to see who will emerge as the winner of season 17.
From Ankita to Munawar, Mannara, Abhishek and Arun; each of their Bigg Boss 17 journeys was no less than a roller coaster ride. While Ankita had major fights with her husband Vicky Jain, Munawar’s life was jolted after Ayesha Khan’s massive allegations.
