\Keerthy Suresh will next star opposite superstar Nani in the upcoming action drama Dasara. Just days ago, the makers dropped the first single of the movie Dhoom Dhaam Dhosthaan. Now, Keerthy Suresh is leaving no stone unturned to promote her latest energetic number. On Friday, October 14, the actress took to Instagram to give a personal touch to the new song featuring one of her friends. Dressed in an oversized orange shirt, black shorts, and a lungi, Keerthy Suresh ignited the internet with her desi moves.
From thumkas to lungi lifts, the dance reel has it all as the new song plays in the background. The video was shared alongside a quirky caption, “Here’s my Dhoom Dhaam with my dhosth Akshitha Subramanian. Where’s your Dhoom Dhaam?" Within a day, the reel has garnered over 7 lakh likes on the photo-sharing application. Her admirers in large numbers have taken to the comment section of the post to laud her exceptional dancing prowess. A user commented, “Dance floor on fire," another added, “Mass son dance queens."
Helmed by Srikanth Odela, Dasara also stars Samuthirakani, Meera Jasmine, Prakash Raj, and Rajendra Prasad in pivotal roles. The plot of the film is set against the backdrop of Singareni coal mines located near Godavarikhani in the state of Telangana. The upcoming actioner is scheduled to hit the big screens on March 30, next year.
Apart from this, the South diva has a slew of projects in the pipeline including Mari Selvaraj’s political thriller Maamannan. The film features Vadivelu and Fahadh Faasil in significant roles besides her. She will also be seen in the Telugu remake of the Tamil flick Vedalam opposite Chiranjeevi and Tamannaah. Directed by Meher Ramesh, the movie is likely to hit the big screens in April next year.
