This year Adipurush-themed idol has increased excitement to a new level among fans. Devotees are flocking to the pandal in large numbers to witness.

People are celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi with full fervour. Pandals are set up for devotees to visit. However, this year’s Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations have taken a cinematic twist. The festival, dedicated to the beloved elephant-headed deity Lord Ganesha, has witnessed tribute to Prabhas film Adipurush. Adipurush-themed Ganesh idols are hit this year. It has captured the imagination of onlookers.

Fans are also sharing the idols’ photos on social media. Talking about Adipurush, the film also stars Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan. The mythological drama was badly trolled for its dialogue. It failed to impress the audience at the box office. Directed by Om Raut, the film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayan. In the movie, Prabhas is playing Lord Ram’s role whereas Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan play the role of Janaki and Lankesh respectively.

Well, other celebrities have also celebrated the festival. Ajay Devgn also shared a video on his Instagram handle where he is seeking blessings from Lord Ganesh.  The caption read, “Dukh Harta, Sukh Karta, Buddhi Vidhata. Not only this day, may every day begins with Bappa’s blessings. Happy Ganesh Chaturthi to all (folded hand emoji). Ganpati Bappa Moreya!!” Akshay Kumar took to Twitter and wrote, “As we welcome Lord Ganesha in our homes and hearts today, may He remove all obstacles and fill our lives with joy and prosperity. Ganpati Bappa Morya! Wish you all a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi (folded hand emoji)”. Shilpa Shetty also shared a picture of herself next to a Ganesh idol with folded hands.

On the work front, Prabhas is gearing up for his next release Salaar. The release has been postponed for unknown reason. Notably, the teaser of Salaar was unveiled in July this year. The captivating appearance of Prabhas in the intriguing clip left the audience excited. Directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel, Salaar will be released in theatres in 5 languages including Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi. Apart from this he also has Project K with Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.
