Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain actor Jeetu Gupta who plays Dr Gupta on the sitcom lost his 19-year-old son, Aayush Gupta. His co-star Rohitashv Gour took to social media to share the news and offered his condolences. Comedian Sunil Pal, too, expressed his grief. According to reports Aayush was admitted to a hospital when his fever did not come down.
However, his organs started failing even before doctors could figure out the issue. He was in a critical condition and was later declared dead, reports ETimes. Rohitashv shared a photo of Aayush and wrote in Hindi, “I am so sad for this loss to you and your family. My condolences are always with you. Om Shanti Om."

Netizens, too, took to the comment section to express their grief and shock. One user wrote, “Oh noooooo this is indeed terrible. The family must be in deep shock. My deepest condolences to one and all. May God give strength to tide from this tragedy." Another user expressed, “Hey bhagwaan, very shocking news .. om shanti…. May the departed soul rest in peace"
Sunil Pal wrote, “Rip , Bhabhi ji Ghar per hai k Actor Mere Bhai Jeetu k Gupta k Suputra Aayush (19 years) nahi rahe."
This is not the first shock that came to the Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain family this year. Earlier this year, actor Deepesh Bhan passed away at the age of 41. He played the role of Malkhan in the show.
Bhan’s colleagues and actresses Shubhangi Atre (Angoori Bhabhi), Vidisha Srivastava, and actors Rohitash Gour (Manmohan Tiwari), Vaibhav Mathur (Tika) attended the prayer meet among others. Bhan’s FIR co-star and comedian Kiku Sharda also paid condolences. Shubhangi, who was close to Bhan, was inconsolable as she paid her last respect.
