Shilpa Shetty, Daughter Chant 'Jai Shri Ram' As They Visit ISKCON Temple On Ram Navami

When free from her work schedule, Shilpa Shetty Kundra never misses any opportunity to spend quality time with her family. She is a doting mother to two kids – son Viaan (11) and daughter Samisha (4). The actress often shares adorable pictures and videos with her kids on Instagram which grab fans’ attention. She is very religious too. Shilpa often displays her religious side on social media on various occasions. Whether it is Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali or Navratri, the actress celebrates each festival with zest and fervour.

On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the Dhadkan actress along with her daughter and mother Sunanda offered prayers at the ISKCON Temple in Juhu. Several pictures and videos of the actress have surfaced on social media from the temple premises.

In one of those viral videos, Shilpa is seen posing with her daughter in front of the paps stationed at the temple. Well, it was her daughter Samisha who grabbed the fans’ attention, as she raised her arms up in the air when the paparazzi wished her Jai Shri Ram and Radhey Radhey.

Soon after the video was dropped, it went viral and fans couldn’t stop themselves from praising the cute munchkin. The mother-daughter duo were seen twinning in off-white traditional outfits. The actress donned a V-neck linen kurta and looked stunning as always.

Recently, on the occasion of Ashtami, Shilpa dropped a super cute video on Instagram in which she could be seen worshiping her daughter; as part of Kanya Pujan. The video featured a glimpse of her decorated temple, followed by the actress washing and bowing to her daughter’s feet. Her cute doggo also made a special appearance in the clip. Sharing the video on Instagram, Shilpa wrote, “Celebrating the auspicious occasion of Ashtami today starting with the Kanya Pujan with our own Devi Samisha. May the Supreme Goddess Maha Gauri bless everyone with prosperity, love, and peace.”

Shilpa tied the knot with businessman Raj Kundra in 2009. In 2012, the couple welcomed their first child Viaan and in 2020, the couple welcomed Samisha via surrogacy.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shilpa was last seen in the web series Indian Police Force co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and Vivek Oberoi. She will be next seen in the pan-India film KD-The Devil, which also stars V Ravichandran and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles.
