Importantly, #Munjya continues to defy all predictions as far as its *lifetime biz* is concerned… Additionally, it has silenced all those who felt – prior to its release – that it should’ve taken the direct-to-digital route. [Week 2] Fri 3.75 cr, Sat 6.75 cr, Sun 8.75 cr. Total: ₹ 55.75 cr. #India biz. #Boxoffice.”

The film gained majorly positive reviews. News18 Showsha gave Munjya a 3-star rating. “Munjya beautifully draws inspiration by blending elements of horror and cultural depth to weave a story that is both enthralling and deeply rooted in Indian mythology. The movie delivers a good cinematic experience owing to its good writing and the gripping folklore. It is a clean entertainer. It has family-friendly written all over it and has all the elements of a typical commercial horror comedy. This is a must-watch for anyone interested in folklore and horror storytelling,” a part of our review reads.
