Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen in Bang Bang, is back with an adventure-romance film. Mohenjo Daro, set in the era of the Indus Valley civilisation, traces the lives of a young Indigo farmer (Sarman) and his love interest (Chaani). Hrithik is seen uncovering the secrets about Chaani, Mohenjo Daro and his own past in the 3-minute long trailer.
The movie also stars Pooja Hegde and Kabir Bedi in pivotal roles. Co-written, co-produced and directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the film is produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and Sunita A Gowariker. In order to create the perfect world of Mohenjo Daro, filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker got in touch with several archaeologists who helped him in his research for the movie which is slated to release on August 12.
