"Our hearts are so full. Emery Sol Reich," she wrote, revealing her daughter's name.

After nearly six years of a blissful marriage, actress Lea Michele and her husband, Zandy Reich, have welcomed their second child, a daughter. On Sunday, the Glee star shared a touching photo of her newborn and announced the baby’s name. In the image, Lea, Zandy, and their son Ever are seen gently holding the baby’s tiny foot. Lea captioned the post, “Our hearts are so full. Emery Sol Reich.”

The announcement came months after the actress confirmed that she and Zandy Reich are expecting their second child. In March this year, Lea shared photos of herself, flaunting her baby bump on Instagram. “Mommy, Daddy and Ever are overjoyed,” she wrote.

Ever since, she has been sharing multiple posts, showing her pregnancy journey with fans through social media.

Lea Michele’s Relationship Timeline

Lea Michele and Zandy Reich were longtime friends before they started dating. They initially stepped out together in 2017, following which Reich proposed to her for marriage. Finally, in 2019, the couple got married in Northern California. They welcomed their first baby, son Ever Leo, in 2020.

After multiple pregnancy losses, the couple finally welcomed their second child this year. On Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt’s podcast “BDA Baby,” Lea once revealed, “I had two back-to-back very early failed pregnancies. I never had a miscarriage before. The first one, I was like, ‘That was weird.’ When it happened again right away, I was like, ‘Wait a second. Something is wrong.” The Emmy nominee was equally transparent about the fertility issues that she faced before conceiving her baby boy.

“I kept thinking, ‘Maybe this isn’t meant to be for me. Maybe this isn’t going to happen.’ It’s something that, for me personally, has always been my biggest fear in my entire life. It’s what I’ve wanted more than anything. Emotionally, it just started to build and build, and then we got pregnant,” she said, as quoted by Metro.

Zandy is a retail entrepreneur by profession.
