Apart from being an actor, South actor Dulquer Salmaan is a father, a son and a husband. Despite his hectic work schedules, the actor always makes sure to scoop some time to spend with his family and he knows how to make his loved ones feel so special. As his darling daughter Maryam Ameerah Salmaan recently rang in her 7th birthday, the Sita Ramam actor took to his social media handle and penned down an adorable birthday wish for the little one, making us go ‘aww’.
Taking to Instagram, Dulquer posed a string of happy pictures of her daughter. The post was accompanied by a sweet caption that reads, “Wishing my piano-playing gymnast and the biggest potter head I know, the happiest birthday!!! Happy 7th birthday my baby doll! Hope you have the most magical birthday filled with all your favorite things and tons of adventure.”
In the first snapshot, Maryam is seen flaunting her million-dollar smile in front of her huge red birthday cake. One of pics features the little one playing a mini pink piano, while another pic features the kiddo somersaulting on her sofa.

Dulquer and his wife Amal Sufiya got married on December 22, 2011, and have been enjoying a blissful married life. They welcomed their first child, Maryam in 2017. May is extra special for Dulquer as it also marks the birthday of her mother Sulfath Kutty. To mark the occasion, the King of Kotha actor recently took to his Instagram account and penned a heartfelt birthday wish for his Umma.
Sharing a picture of his mother, Dulquer wrote, “I was looking at photos to post for your birthday, and I found this image. You in this saree reminded me of my childhood and the pictures we have, when I was younger than Maryam. And just like that, I felt like a child again. I know that’s how you still see me. In fact all of us. No matter how old we are, in your eyes and heart, your children and grandchildren are all the same age. You baby us all equally.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Dulquer will be next seen in the upcoming period film Lucky Bhaskar which is all set to hit the big screens in July 2024, and in Guns and Gulaabs Season 2.
