With his current purchases in Seoul, BTS member J-Hope now has four luxurious properties.

Expanding his investments in real estate, BTS star J-Hope recently purchased two luxury apartments in Seoul. According to multiple South Korean media reports, J-Hope purchased a penthouse in the opulent Afer Hangang apartment complex for 12 billion KRW (approx Rs 75 crore) in cash and later bought another unit right below it. The lower-floor apartment cost him around 10 billion KRW (approx Rs 62 crore), states Allkpop. The total worth of his recent purchases stands at around Rs 1,377 crores.

He reportedly completed the transfer of ownership registration in June this year and made the purchase without a loan. The penthouse comes with an area of 273.86 square meters along with three rooms and four bathrooms. Similarly, the unit below the penthouse has a floor area of 232.86 square meters and comes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on a single floor.

Following his recent purchases, the BTS members now own four luxurious properties, including two in Afer Hangang and two in Trimage.

Amid these reports making the rounds on the internet, BTS fans are hailing J-Hope for his purchases. A fan wrote, “This is what it means to be a real rich man. He is always humble and polite, and treats everyone very carefully. He really worked very hard to create .Not only the main dancer and choreographer, he is also like a caring brother to the group. You deserve respect we always support you.”

Another commented, “Result of a lot of work and dedication, our Hobi deserves the whole world.”

“In 43 days he will be discharged from compulsory military service with honours as a sergeant and squad leader and will finally be able to enjoy the fruits of his hard work,” a comment read.

A fan added, “Hoseok is the one who is best at managing his finances. And that is why he is the richest among BTS members.”

J-Hope, who joined the military in April 2023, is expected to get discharged later this year in October. While ARMYs are eagerly waiting for his return, he didn’t fail to entertain everyone. In March, J-Hope’s Hope On The Street premiered on Amazon Prime Video. The six-episode docuseries presents his journey and passion for dance.
