Amitabh Bachchan Talks About 'Deep Emotion' In New Post Hours After Aishwarya Rai Returns To India

Amitabh Bachchan is currently busy shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati 16 and often takes to his social media handle to share images from the show’s set. While the Bachchan family is currently in the spotlight after Abhishek Bachchan liked a post about divorce on Instagram, raising eyebrows, Amitabh has kept busy with work.

Amitabh Bachchan has started shooting for the upcoming season of Kaun Banega Crorepati. Last week, the Bollywood superstar took to his X (formerly known as Twitter) handle and shared the first photo from the sets of the quiz show. In the black and white picture, Big B was seen spreading his arms as he seemingly welcomed the audience to the show’s new season. “T 5082 – BACK to KBC 16th season,” he wrote.

Amitabh Bachchan has been the host of KBC since its inception in 2000, except for the third season, which was hosted by superstar Shah Rukh Khan. During the last episode of KBC 15, Big B got emotional when he said, “Devi aur Sajjano, ab hum jaa rahe aur kal se yeh manch ab nahi sajega. Apno se yeh keh pana ki kal se hum yahan nahi aa payenge, na kehne ki himmat hoti aur na kehne ka mann hota hai. Main Amitabh Bachchan iss daur ke liye, iss manch se akhri baar kehne jaa raha hu, Shubraatri.”

KBC 16 was announced in April this year when the show’s makers unveiled a promo and announced that the registrations were open. However, the official premiere date of KBC 16 is not known as of now.

Meanwhile, Amitabh Bachchan’s family currently has everyone’s attention after Abhishek ‘liked’ a post on divorce. This move raised eyebrows as Aishwarya Rai was recently seen posing alone on the red carpet at the Ambani wedding while Abhishek joined his family. Later, it was revealed that one of the writers of the post was Abhishek and Aishwarya’s friend and the actor was only supporting his friend. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai, who was holidaying in New York with Aaradhya Bachchan, returned to India today.
