Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Harvest Gold Milk Bread
- 1/4 cup Schezwan chutney
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels
- 1/4 cup grated Cheese
Instructions:
- Cut the bread slices into circles with a cutter or a small bowl/glass
- With the use of rolling-pin flatten the bread
- Fold the bread into a half-moon shape with the help of a momo/gujiya/ dumpling maker
- Put a teaspoon of schezwan chutney onto each bread piece along with all vegetables
- Add the grated cheese on top of the mixture
- Preheat a pan over medium heat
- Cook the momos on the preheated pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown

For the Marinade:
- 2 pieces of Chicken breast
- 4 tablespoon Curd
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Salt and Pepper, as per taste
- 1 tsp Squeezed Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
For the Sandwich:
- 4 slices of Harvest Gold 100% Atta Bread
- Mint chutney
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced Tomatoes, Cucumbers and Onions or choice of vegetables
- Mint Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients.
- Add the chicken breast pieces and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Pan-fry the marinated chicken until it’s cooked through.
Assembly:
- Take 4 slices of Harvest Gold 100% Atta bread.
- Spread mint chutney on each bread slice.
- Add lettuce leaves on top of the chutney.
- Place the cooked tandoori chicken on top of the lettuce.

- Drizzle mint mayonnaise on top of the vegetables.

- Red Cabbage finely chopped
- Grated Carrots
- Green chutney
- Onion sliced in the form of rings
Instructions:
- In a bowl, add finely chopped soya chaap
