BTS member J-Hope has completed his military training. The rapper was discharged on Thursday, October 17, in South Korea and Jin had the goofiest welcome arranged for him. The eldest member of the Grammy-nominated K-Pop band made his way to the station where Hobi was going to be discharged with a massive bouquet of flowers.
Kim Seok-jin welcomed Jung Hoseok with a warm hug and even went down on one knee to hold the news channel mics for him while he formally greeted the media. Hobi was seen dressed in his uniform as he saluted the press and excused himself to leave. Check out the photos and videos below:

J-Hope also shared a collage of photos taken by the media upon his discharge. The news of his discharge from the military training was confirmed by BigHit Music earlier this week. In their announcement, the agency also shared plans for the day while urging fans to refrain from visiting the site to avoid overcrowding.
“Discharge day is a day shared by service members. No special events are planned on the day of J-Hope’s discharge. To prevent any issues arising from overcrowding, fans are strongly advised to refrain from visiting the site. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts,” BigHit said in the release. The agency also expressed gratitude to fans for their unwavering love and support, adding that the company will put utmost effort into supporting the artists.
J-Hope becomes the second BTS member to have completed his military training. Jin completed his training in June this year.
Welcome back, Hope!
