Two-time Grammy-nominated K-pop group BTS will be a part of Bridgerton season 3. But hold your horses, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook will not be seen in the Netflix show. Instead, their record breaking single Dynamite will be a part of the show. Yes, that’s right, their 2020 blockbuster song is being adapted in the new season of Bridgerton and BTS fans aka ARMY are excited.
The news was shared by Netflix on X. The platform revealed that an Orchestral cover of the Grammy-nominated song will be seen in the season. They also revealed that a few other popular songs have made the cut. These include Billie Eilish’s Happier Than Ever, GAYLE’s abcdefu, Pitbull’s Give Me Everything, Nick Jonas’ Jealous, Sia’s Cheap Thrills and Taylor Swift’s song with Lana Del Rey titled Snow On The Beach.

BTS fans took to X and shared their reactions. “BTS’ Dynamite Ochestra version for bridgeton… Yes!!… Next one, use the queen, Black Swan!” a fan wrote. “DYNAMITE!!! Oh I can’t wait for bridgeton season ,” added another. “BTS’s “Dynamite” orchestral version will be played on the famous netflix series “Bridgerton” Season 3 premiering on May 16. OH BTS YOU WILL BE FOREVER FAMOUS,” a third user wrote.
The first part of the third season is slated to release this weekend. In the new season, Shonda Rhimes brings us the love story of Colin Bridgerton and Penelope Featherington, aka Miss Whisteldown herself. Each season of the show focuses on the love story of one Bridgerton sibling. After Daphne in season 1 and Anthony in season 2, it is now Colin’s turn to find true love.
