Assembly constituency no.43 Chomu (चोमु in Hindi), is an Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) seat in the Central region and Jaipur district, of the state of Rajasthan, which is in the North West region of India (Bharat). In 2013, Ramlal Sharma of BJP emerged victorious in this seat beating Bhagwan Sahay Saini of INC by a margin of 44,473 votes which was 29.07% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 61.14% in the seat.

In the 2008 elections, Bhagwan Sahay Saini of INC won this seat beating Ram Lal Sharma of BJP by a margin of 135 votes which was 0.11% of the total votes polled in the constituency. BJP had a vote share of 37.76% in the seat.
