New Delhi: Tigmanshu Dhulia has become a man to watch out for after 'Paan Singh Tomar' and 'Gangs of Wasseypur'. While the first one brought out the sensible side of the Dhulia, the second film presented him in a gritty role. However, the winds of change had started to blow after 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster' only.
Though 'Haasil', 'Charas' and 'Shagird' had given a hint of his capabilities but his quest of commercial success ended with 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster'. The director is back with the second edition of the rustic tale of Aditya Pratap Singh (Jimmy Shergill) and Madhavi Singh (Mahie Gill), however there is a new addition in the franchise. Irrfan is joining the star-cast of the first installment in 'Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster Returns'. Randeep Hooda played the gangster in the first episode.
The audience will go with a pre-conceived notion about the film, so Tigmanshu needs to come up with a strong content to impress them. He would be hoping for a good word of mouth publicity.
