BANGALORE: The Lokayukta Special Court on Friday posted the order of the bail application of managing director of Jantakal Mining Company, Vinod Goel, to October 17, while directing him to be present before the court the same day.Judge N K Sudheendra Rao, who conducted hearing of Goel’s bail plea on Friday, questioned his advocate, Tony Sebastian on Goel’s absence, when he replied that Goel was suffering from slipped disc.A visibly upset Rao then asked, “Is it appropriate to file a bail application while sitting in an AC room?” Earlier, the other accused in the case, former CM H D Kumaraswamy and his wife MLA Anita Kumaraswamy, sought exemption from appearing before the court for the day through their advocate Asmath Pasha, to which the judge agreed
