Met predicts heavy rains in the next 24 hours in several areas of the state

In a relief to the people from sweltering heat, intermittent spells of thundershowers and thunderstorms at a few isolated brought down temperature in Bihar.

Indian Meteorological Department forecast said the rains would be fairly widespread over the state in the next 24 hours.

It also warned of thunderstorms and heavy rainfall at some isolated places in the state till Wednesday.
