Mumbai: Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, Fardeen Khan's last film for 2005 premiered on Thursday.
The movie teams up the father and son duo of Feroz Khan and Fardeen Khan again after their previous film Janasheen.
In the last few years, Fardeen Khan has discovered his funny bone with comedies like Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega, Khushi, No Entry and Shaadi No. 1. But now the actor is upbeat about his role as a con man in his new film which is a thriller.
Just hours before the film premiered in Mumbai, Fardeen cleared the air of controversy surrounding the MMS video clip showing him and Koena Mitra in a steamy song from the film. Fardeen did not find anything controversial in the song.
As the year draws to a close, a bright new chapter awaits the actor in 2006. With wedding bells around the corner and a host of interesting releases lined up for next year Fardeen looks forward to the coming year with expectation and also back at 2005 with satisfaction.
"2005 has been eventful, my film No-Entry is a hit and I am getting married at the end of this year," Fardeen said.
Now that his film Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena has hit the theatres, Fardeen has taken a three month long break from work.
While he will wed Natasha Madhvani, daughter of former film actress Mumtaz at the end of December, his cousin, actor Zayed Khan, ties the knot on the 20th of November.
So it?s about time to strike the Khan brothers off the list of Bollywood's most eligible bachelors.
