Police said that the incident was reported from RK Puram area and the accused Nitish Kumar has been arrested.
New Delhi: A 12-year-old girl was raped allegedly by the driver of a van which ferried school children in south Delhi, police said on Sunday.
The incident was reported from RK Puram area and the accused Nitish Kumar (22) has been arrested. Police claimed that the accused admitted that he had raped the girl twice earlier.
Members of the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) caught him and handed him over to the police. The victim is a class five student.
