3 Technopark firms in NASSCOMs top 50 list

THIRUANANTHAPURAM: Three Technopark companies, MobME Wireless, Innoz Technologies and Flytxt, have featured in the NASSCOM’s list of 50 most emerging IT companies in the country for 2011. MobME Wireless and Flytxt have been chosen in the Emerge Innovation category and Innoz Technologies in the Emerge Start-ups Category.  NASSCOM Emerge Leaders Awards is an initiative, which has been started exclusively for the emerging start-up IT companies to showcase their unique value proposition and create a distinct niche for them.   MobME Wireless CEO Sanjay Vijayakumar, on winning this recognition, said that it is a great honour to feature again in the NASSCOM Emerge 50 list. “The award is a recognition for our efforts to constantly innovate and create solutions that will change the way of doing business in the telecom industry in India,” he said.   The focus of this year’s Emerge Conclave was on exploring how emerging and start-up companies can build economic value out of emerging web-based social platforms, mobile and AppStore. MobME, Innoz and Flytxt were chosen as winners from a total of 350 applicants.  Technopark CEO Mervin Alexander said that the business incubation division has put in a lot of effort to identify innovative companies and nurture them to become a reckoning force globally. “Technopark can today boast of many such companies that are now creating waves globally with their breakthrough technologies,” he said.
