Allu Arjun Casts His Vote in Telangana Elections, Video of Pushpa Star From Polling Booth Goes Viral

Allu Arjun visited Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills area on Thursday morning to cast his vote for the Telangana Election 2023. The Pushpa star was spotted standing in a queue at the polling booth. A video of the same was shared on social media by the news agency ANI. In another video that surfaced online, the actor was seen flaunting his forefinger with the electoral ink.
“I request each and everyone of you to come and cast your vote responsibly,” Allu Arjun told shutterbugs as he walked out of the polling booth.

Later, Allu Arjun also took to his social media handles and dropped a photo showcasing the electoral ink on his forefinger. He urged everyone to cast their vote and wrote, “Pls Cast your vote responsibly.”

For the unversed, voting is underway for Telangana Assembly Election 2023 as state witnesses three-cornered contest between Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). Polling to elect 119 members to Legislative Assembly started at 7 am.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun recently won the Best Actor award for his performance in Pushpa: The Rise. The actor made history with the win, becoming the first Telugu actor to bring home the National Award for Best Acting. Apart from winning the Best Actor category, Pushpa also brought home the award for Best Music Director (Songs).
Currently, the actor is working on the sequel of his blockbuster movie which is titled Pushpa 2: The Rule. Earlier this year, Allu Arjun shared his first-look poster of Pushpa 2 in which he was seen dressed in a saree with his face painted in shades of blue and red. He also sported bangles, jewellery, a nose pin and jhumkas. Pushpa 2 will hit theatres in August next year.
