Honey Rose is a well-known name in South cinema, especially the Malayalam film industry. She had a remarkable journey in her career with many hit films. Honey, however, is not getting many film opportunities in Telugu cinema. Honey last acted in Nandamuri Balakrishna-starrer Veera Simha Reddy. She, however, has not had the opportunity to essay any significant role in other Telugu films till now. Fans are particularly disappointed with this fact and hope that she gets the work due to her acting and dancing prowess. Now, there are reports that Honey will be playing a role in NBK 109, directed by KS Ravindra, also known as Bobby.

There are currently no details about the specifications of her character. No confirmation has been received from Honey Rose on the same. This film is currently in the production process and is expected to be released in cinemas in May 2024. Dulquer Salmaan, Prakash Raj and Urvashi Rautela are also acting in this movie reportedly. Fortune Four Cinemas, Sithara Entertainments, and Srikara Studios have backed NBK 109.

Honey started her acting career in 2005 at the age of 14 with the film Boy Friend. She then acted in the Tamil film Mudhal Kanave and attained a sizable fan base with subsequent projects.

Honey has also left an indelible mark on the hearts of the audience with her acting skills in the last film Rani: The Real Story. Shankar Ramakrishnan has written and directed this movie. She played the role of Nimmi in this movie. Urvashi, Aswath Lal, Indrans, and others have also acted in Rani: The Real Story. June Ventures and Magictail Works Production have also bankrolled this film.

Honey had to endure a lot of trolls in her acting journey and had often been body-shamed as well. In an interview with the magazine Manorama, she once said,” I do enjoy the trolls surrounding my inauguration functions to some extent. But when they cross the limits, things get ugly. I have been cruelly body-shamed. It isn’t exactly nice to hear someone saying nasty things about your body. Initially, it used to bother me but after a while, my family and I started ignoring such negativity.”
