Resetting if You Can't Enter the Settings

Press and hold the power button. Then select Power Off.

Press the power button, home button, and volume up at the same time. Doing so will boot the phone up in recovery mode.

Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.

Select Yes. The deletion process will start.

Select Reboot System Now. The system will restart, and you can follow the on-screen instructions to set up your phone.

Resetting via the Settings

Go to Settings Android 7 Settings. Press the app drawer, then select Settings.

Select Privacy . This icon is a wooden fence.

Select Factory Data Reset .

Select Reset Phone .

Select Erase Everything. The phone will restart, and you can follow the on-screen instructions to set up the phone.
