Odds are if you have Windows 7 Professional, by default these games are unavailable, but here is how you can gain access to them.
First Steps
Press Start.
Click On Control Panel.
Category View
Click On "Programs".
Click On "Turn Windows Features On or Off" Under Programs and Features.
Icon View
Click on "Programs and Features".
Click Turn "Windows Features On or Off".
Final Steps
Find "Games" and click the checkbox.
Click the "OK" button.
Now check to see if they are there (just in case).
You're done!
