Candidates who will qualify the UP Police Constable written exam will be shortlisted for the physical tests.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took to ‘X’ and announced that the results of the UP Police Constable recruitment examination 2024 will be released by October end. Once the results are out, candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam will be able to download it from the official website uppbpb.gov.in. Apart from the result, the answer key of the exam will also be released. Adityanath further ordered that the recruitment process for vacant posts should be accelerated and the integrity of the examinations must be ensured at all costs.

Following the written exam result, shortlisted candidates will take part in the physical examinations, which include the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). This will be followed by document verification and the medical screening round.

UP Police Constable Recruitment Exam Result 2024: Steps To Check

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPBPB at uppbpb.gov.in to check the UP Police Constable Result 2024.

Step 2: Click on the result tab available on the home page.

Step 3: Next, candidates will be redirected to the UP Police result, where they must key in their credentials.

Step 4: Once submitted, the UP Police Constable Result 2024 PDF will appear on your screen.

Step 5: Go through the same to check for your registration number.

Step 6: Save a copy of the result and print a hard copy for future reference.

Reportedly, 48 lakh students appeared for the UP Police Constable recruitment exam this year. Overall, 28.91 lakh applicants participated in the first phase, with 19.26 lakh students in the second. The written examination for UP Police Constable was divided into two parts. The first phase was held on August 23, August 24, and August 25, while the second phase occurred on August 30 and 31. The exam took place in two shifts: the morning shift started from 10 AM and ran until noon, while the afternoon was held from 3 PM to 5 PM. The recruiting test was administered at 1,174 exam centres in 67 districts across the state.
