UPSC aspirants from the state of Chhattisgarh are in for a pleasant surprise. Under the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana of the government, the youth of Chhattisgarh are set to receive another benefit. All talented students who aspire to prepare for the UPSC but face financial difficulties can take advantage of this scheme. Through this scheme, the youth belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) in the state will be provided with free preparation and coaching for competitive exams in Delhi.
For those interested, the application process for the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana is straightforward. Eligible youth from Chhattisgarh who want to take advantage of the free UPSC coaching can apply either online or offline. The scheme is designed to ensure that financial constraints do not hinder the aspirations of deserving students, providing them with the necessary resources and support to succeed in their competitive exams.
The process of applying online has started from July 15. The last date for submission of the online application form is August 5. To apply, candidates can apply online on the department’s website www.tribal.cg.gov.in or https://hmstribal.cg.nic.in.
The Chhattisgarh government has launched the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana to assist the state’s youth in preparing for competitive exams. This initiative offers free UPSC coaching to students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes. Additionally, eligible students will receive a monthly scholarship of Rs 1000. As per the department’s notification, a total of 185 candidates will be selected, comprising 50 per cent from Scheduled Tribes, 30 per cent from Scheduled Castes and 20 per cent from Other Backward Classes. Furthermore, 33 per cent of seats in each category are reserved for women.
Through the Rajiv Yuva Utthan Yojana, the state government will not only enhance the talent of the youth but will also help them in their career path.
